Wordless Wednesday Walkers

30 July 2008 One Comment

Since I got my new camera, I just had to go to the beach today and both walk and, of course, snap some cool photos with my new lens.

In fact, I was walking on the beach when an Earthquake hit Southern California today.

I had no idea it occurred let alone the fact I didn’t feel it.

It wasn’t even until I returned home that I became aware of the earthquake because my daughter called out of concern and the story was on the front page of Yahoo.

Go figure!

Because, I’ll be taking many more pictures, I reactivated my Flickr account.

Check it out–you’ll find all of the pictures I’ve featured for all of Iowa Avenue’s Wordless Wednesday Walkers posts, plus a few more.

As well, I’ve also created a Wordless Wednesday Walkers group, on Flickr.

If you have a Flickr account check it out, if you don’t you can easily sign up here:

This is a small portion of a long bike path right below Palisades Park, in Santa Monica

Two cool looking houses. Maybe one day I’ll have one!

Some more cool houses right on the beach.

Oh, no, my path is blocked!

But, of course, I made it back home, safe and sound.

Let’s see your Wordless Wednesday Walker pictures, because

After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!

Glad you’re okay in the quake.

The picture of the tree is my favorite. However did you get past it?! (Removing tongue from cheek…)
