Do Squats while listening to the 1984 Olympic Theme

10 June 2008 2 Comments

To keep everybody motivated, for today’s Tight Ass Tuesday, practice your squats while watching and listening to John Williams’ 1984 Olympic theme.

Practically everybody can remember a “special” moment from every Olympics—the Miracle U.S. Hockey Victory, Mary-Lou Retton’s gymnastic tour de force, or Oscar De La Hoya’s remarkable boxing performance.

And memories evoke time and places where you were—for me, I remember many positive memories, from caring for my daughters, running a food program, and teaching school.

Let’s get moving:

Were you able to keep up with your squats during the entire video? How many did you do?

Regardless of how many or how long you kept up, it’s important to keep moving and active, because

After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!

THANKS!! I didn’t do too many (How’s ten?), but I LOVED going back in time for awhile and imagining what my glutes looked like in the summer of ‘84…

…I had just graduated from High School (I was hot)

LOL = Well, it was Great to hear those rousing trumpets. Maybe I’ll come back today and see if I can top my score. :)
