Do you feel Trapped?
Being trapped is an analogy, a simile, and a metaphor for the different things in life that hold us back, or that we feel or think hold us back.
That being said, have you ever wondered what it would be like to be stuck in an elevator?
Nicholas White, stepped out for a cigarette break from work, and on his way to back, was trapped in an elevator for 41 hours, in 1999.
A video camera mounted on the top of the elevator captured Mr. White through out the entire ordeal. In time lapse photography, here’s the video:

If you’d like to read more about Mr. White or the life of elevators, the New Yorker ran an interesting article, Up and Then Down.
Do you feel trapped in life? Has physical stress or emotional thoughts left you feeing entrapped like an elevator?
Your feelings are more important than the even, most likely, because they can drive you to change, because
After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!
